How we work
- New products. We sell new products from established brands. See Product Authenticity and Sourcing.

- Real people. Questions before or after you order go to our team in Georgia by phone or email, during business hours.
- Free shipping. Shipping is free to all 50 U.S. states, and every order travels by freight. See our Shipping Policy.
What we value
- Transparency: prices, shipping and returns are explained before you pay.
- Accountability: if something is wrong with an order, we put it right.
- Long-term relationships: we would like you to come back to us for the next project in your yard.
A note on freight
Our products are large and heavy, so they arrive by freight carrier on a delivery appointment. Please inspect the shipment before you sign for it. Details are in our Shipping Policy.
