These terms explain how Nabilon LLC bills customers for orders on nabilon.com. Please read them together with our Terms of Service and Billing Policy.

2. Payment methods

The payment methods we accept are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor, and we do not store full card details on our own servers.

3. When you are charged

Your payment method is charged when you place the order, not when it ships. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund that item.

4. Pricing and taxes

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay. If we find a pricing error, we may correct it, and if the amount changes we will contact you before charging the corrected amount.

5. Order confirmation and receipts

After you order, we email a confirmation and receipt. If you do not receive it within a reasonable time, check your spam folder or contact us.

6. Failed or declined payments

If a payment fails or is declined, we cannot process the order until a valid payment method is provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment problems on the customer's side.

7. Billing errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will review it and, where appropriate, correct the charge or issue a refund.

8. Questions about a charge

If a charge does not look right, please contact us first. Most billing questions are resolved faster directly with our team than through your bank.

9. Currency

All transactions are in U.S. dollars. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank may apply conversion fees that we do not control.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
