7. Returns, refunds and warranty

8. Intellectual property

The site content, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to Nabilon LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission. Brand names belong to their owners and are used only to identify products.

9. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to attempt unauthorized access to the site, other accounts or our systems, to interfere with the site's operation or security, or to use bots or scrapers without our permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Nabilon LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the products you buy. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
